- Admit to yourself that it is over. Take the time to cry and let your emotions out. Grieving is a healthy part of healing.
- The anger stage will come next. In order to get you through this a suggestion is to write a letter to your ex where you pour out your feelings. Don't actually give your ex the letter rather burn it and let the anger go.
- The last step is to get back into dating. Try new activities that you may have always wanted to do. You will meet new people and maybe even find a new love.
