Three Things You Can Do To Survive A Breakup

Breakups are painful but every day people survive them. Here are three steps you can take to help you get over a breakup.
  1. Admit to yourself that it is over. Take the time to cry and let your emotions out. Grieving is a healthy part of healing.
  2. The anger stage will come next. In order to get you through this a suggestion is to write a letter to your ex where you pour out your feelings. Don't actually give your ex the letter rather burn it and let the anger go.
  3. The last step is to get back into dating. Try new activities that you may have always wanted to do. You will meet new people and maybe even find a new love.
Just remember that you can survive everything that is happening to you.
